1- The booking is strictly personal and cannot be transfered to any other person.

2- Every camper is to comply with the regulation of the campsite. It is up to the camper to insure himself as the direction declines all liability for theft, fire, weather conditions and accidents covered by thes campers’s third part insurance.

3- If the lodger number is over the number of the booking condition, the proprietor can refuse the extra person, or break off the booking or to make an additional charge on the bill.

4- The reservation will only be definitive with our consent and on receipt of reservation form with an international postal order to CAMPING LES TRUFFIERES or a transfer of bank to bank. When you have reserved you have 10 days to send your deposit.

FOR THE HIRING THE BALANCE OF YOUR STAY MUST BE PAID 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR ARRIVAL. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION WHO WILL VALIDATE YOUR CONTRACT.

5- Only booking for a minimum period of one week will be accepted. Upon receipt of your booking request and deposit, we will send you, according to availabilities, a booking confirmation.

6- The booking fees are not an insurance for cancellation. YOU MUST TAKE YOURSELF A SPECIAL INSURANCE.

7- In cases of delayed arrival or early departure, you will be fully charged for the period booked.
If the booked place is not occupied 24 hours after the date booked, or if the late arrival is not notified, the Direction may occupy the booked place or the hiring and the deposit will be retained.
Any cancellation must be notified by register letter 31 days before your arrival. The deposit will restore when the hiring or the place is rent again for the same period and the same price, or the stay will be to regulate in its totality.35 € will be deducted on any refund.

INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY : No refund if the tenant stop his stay.

8- INVENTORY OF THE HIRING : An inventory will be made by the parts at the end of your stay. If the hiring is not clean 50 € will be deduce of you deposit.

9- On the day of departure your pitch is to be cleared before 11.00 a.m. After 11.00 a.m you will pay an extra night. The hirings must be returned at 10.00 a.m at the latest.

10- By signing this booking form, you accept the booking conditions.
